My therapeutic style is solution-focused and trauma-informed, grounded in over 30 years of experience as a social worker and social work educator. I emphasize collaboration and honor each person’s wisdom and lived experience while supporting their unique goals and needs. Rooted in a systems perspective, I believe healing is most powerful when nurtured through connection and collective care. I also work with practitioners to cultivate balance and wellness, recognizing the importance of sustainability in the helping professions.
