I consider my therapeutic approach to be eclectic, incorporating multiple theoretical approaches allowing for adaptability to meet your needs while also staying grounded in authenticity and empathy. I believe in collaboration with clients to find what works best for each individual. I integrate principles from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approach, and mindfulness-based interventions. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals can show up as their full authentic versions of themselves and believe everyone has strengths and potential to help every client realize their fullest potential.
