LCSW / LMHC Candidate Position

TheraListen is seeking applicants pursuing New York State Licensure as a LCSW or LMHC to join our team!  A career at TheraListen is about servicing adolescents and adults with accessible, affordable, and convenient therapy from the comfort of your home and theirs! We are a collaborative, compassionate, and close-knit team of clinicians with the support of a great back-office so you won't have to deal with endless paperwork and billing worries. This gives you the peace of mind to focus on what you are good at - providing the best teletherapy possible to amazing clients without having to put on shoes.

Compensation: 

Fee for service - rate commensurate with experience.

Feel valued with projected annual salary of $52,500 to $85,000

Qualifications:

• Masters Level Candidate (MSW, MSEd or equivalent) seeking LCSW or LMHC licensure

• Must hold an LMSW or be a permit-eligible MHC

• Post-graduate certificate in a specific specialty (CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC) strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills

• Committed to learning and improving therapeutic skills

• Strong work ethic

What We Need:

• Maintain a caseload of 25+ seen client/week

• Weekend, evening or early morning availability 

• Willingness to work with children and adolescents

• Maintain timely documentation including intake and weekly session notes

• Attend weekly staff meeting and supervision meetings

LCSW/LMHC-D Candidate Position

TheraListen is seeking motivated clinicians pursuing New York State licensure as an LCSW or LMHC-D to join our growing, clinician-led practice.

At TheraListen, we provide accessible, affordable, and high-quality teletherapy to adolescents and adults across New York State. Our fully remote model allows you to deliver meaningful care from the comfort of your home, with the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you.

We are passionate about supporting emerging clinicians through weekly individual and group supervision, along with monthly continuing education opportunities, all led by experienced professionals.

• Projected annual earnings: $55,000 – $75,000, based on caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s-level graduate (MSW, MSEd, or equivalent) pursuing LCSW or LMHC licensure

• Must hold an LMSW or be a permit-eligible MHC

• Post-graduate training or certification (CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC) strongly preferred

• Strong organizational, written, and communication skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and excellence in clinical care

• Self-motivated with a strong and reliable work ethic

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week

• Provide availability during evenings, weekends, or early mornings

• Willingness to work with individuals ages 12+

• Complete timely documentation (intakes and session notes)

• Participate in weekly team meetings, group and individual supervision
