We are a collaborative, compassionate, and close-knit team of clinicians with a supportive back-office so you won't have to deal with endless paperwork and billing worries. This gives you the peace of mind to focus on what you are good at - providing the best teletherapy possible to amazing clients without having to put on shoes.

Compensation: Fee for service - rate commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Masters Level Candidate (MSW, MSEd, or equivalent) with LCSW or LMHC

  • Must be registered with the board as a licensed clinician

  • Post-graduate certificate in a specific specialty (CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC) strongly preferred

  • Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills

  • Committed to learning and improving therapeutic skills

  • Strong work ethic

What We Need

  • Maintain a caseload of 25+ clients/week

  • Weekend, evening, or early morning availability

  • Willingness to work with children and adolescents

  • Maintain documentation including intake and weekly session notes

  • Attend weekly staff meeting
