I aim to make therapy feel human, supportive, and approachable. I bring warmth and curiosity to help you explore all parts of yourself in a space where you feel seen, accepted, and supported. I work collaboratively, honoring your experiences, identities, and goals.
I’m especially passionate about supporting clients navigating life transitions, identity development, and uncertainty, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. My trauma-informed, person-centered approach integrates narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT to foster insight, coping skills, and lasting change.
I also offer therapy in Spanish, creating space for clients to express themselves in the ways that feel most natural and authentic.
