About Me
Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary or mysterious. My goal is to make it feel human. I show up with warmth and genuine curiosity so you feel comfortable exploring all the parts of yourself; the light, the challenging, and everything in between. You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to walk alongside you, support you, and help you reach the goals that matter most to you.
Creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and accepted is at the heart of my work. I meet you exactly where you are, honoring your experiences, your identities, and your unique story. I’m particularly passionate about supporting those navigating life transitions, identity development, and moments of uncertainty. I am experienced working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in a person-centered, humanistic approach. I often integrate narrative therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT techniques to help you understand yourself more deeply, build meaningful coping skills, and create lasting change.
Ofrezco terapia en español. Language isn't just a way to communicate; it reflects identity, culture, emotion, and history. Being able to do this work bilingually allows clients to express themselves in the ways that feel most natural and true.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and feel genuinely supported. You don’t have to do the hard parts of life alone.
