Clients often leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves and a clearer, more intentional path forward. I am a warm, thoughtful, and engaged therapist who works collaboratively with clients through life’s challenges and transitions. I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults navigating relational conflict, identity development, and the emotional demands of high-stress environments.
I am especially passionate about working with women during periods of transition—such as motherhood, illness, and grief—and help clients make sense of change, reconnect with themselves, and navigate the emotional complexity that comes with it.
