About Me

I see therapy as an opportunity to work together towards greater appreciation for your strengths and bringing about the positive changes you want in life. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel validated, respected, and empowered. In my practice, I utilize a trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, person-centered approach that is grounded in evidence based practice. Over the years, I have had the privilege to work with wonderful people from across the lifespan - ranging from children through mature adults, especially around anxiety, depression, and adjustments to life changes including parenting and processing loss.
