LCSW / LMHC-D Supervisor Position
TheraListen is seeking applicants with New York State Licensure as an LCSW or LMHC-D to join our supervisory team! TheraListen is passionate about supporting supervisory clinicians through regular group consultations, group supervision, and continuing education opportunities.
We are a collaborative, compassionate, and close-knit team of clinicians backed by the supportive back-office so you won't have to deal with endless paperwork and billing worries. This gives you the peace of mind to focus on what you are good at - providing the best teletherapy possible to amazing clients without having to put on shoes.
Qualifications:
Masters Level LCSW or LMHC-D
Must be registered as a licensed LCSW or LMHC-D in New York State
Supervisory experience required
Post-graduate certificate in a specific specialty (CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC) strongly preferred
Experience in clinical education encouraged
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills
Strong work ethic
What We Need:
Carry a caseload of 5 supervisee clinicians
Willingness to supervise clinicians working with children and adolescents
On-call availability during evening and weekends
Maintain documentation
Attend monthly staff meeting
Compensation:
$120-350 per session
