About Me
I work with adults experiencing various forms of trauma, individuals dealing with difficult family dynamics, as well as with those who identify as adult children of immigrant parents. We focus on exploring how the past affects the present, studying the beliefs that comes up in the body, how you hold old wounds, and looking at what kind of changes you want to make. We then go into the deep work of studying what shows up in your mind/body, how it affects your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, exploring all the different parts of you that originated from your past/present experiences. Together, we look at how to integrate all the different parts, make spaces for all the wounds, and allow for healing to come within, where you gain more flexibility and choices in how you want to proceed in life.
