About Me

As an insight-oriented, relational therapist, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I help individuals identify patterns, increase self-awareness, and make meaningful changes. I work with young and adult clients facing anxiety, trauma, complex family dynamics, and relationship challenges, guiding them to understand how past experiences shape their present while supporting their healing and growth.

I bring over 15 years of leadership and administrative experience, focusing on creating a supportive environment for both clients and fellow professionals. As a SIFI-certified supervisor, I mentor emerging therapists in developing their voices, identifying their strengths, and refining their therapeutic approaches. I am committed to fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
