I believe therapy is a supportive space where you don’t have to face challenges alone. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate change, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Using a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach, I support children and adults through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and am passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and thrive.
