About Me
I believe therapy is a space where you don’t have to go through challenges alone. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, navigate life’s changes, and find the clarity and confidence you need to move forward. Together, we’ll work in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you feel truly heard and understood.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from proven, evidence-based practices. I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages—from children to adults—as they work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, parenting challenges, grief, and life transitions.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, and I’m passionate about walking alongside clients as they discover new ways to heal, grow, and thrive.
