About Me

For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of working in higher education, private practice, school administration, and community mental health. My approach is informed by a deep commitment to evidence-based care that supports and empowers individuals navigating life’s inevitable challenges.

With a love for life-long learning, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); ADHD; Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); and Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR). I have completed the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) course to supervise social work practicum students as well as certificates in trauma, advanced clinical practice, and advanced assessment and diagnosis from the Silver School of Social Work at New York University.

As an experienced clinician, supervisor, school administrator, and educator, I now share my passion for best practices and commitment to social work professional values and ethics by conducting research, teaching, and consulting.
