I am a psychodynamic, relational therapist, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental and genuine therapeutic environment that is relationship based, conversational, and process based.

I work with my clients to examine their individual narratives in order to identify strengths, goals, and which patterns are not serving them in constructive ways. We then use this information as a foundation to uncover stuck points and create pathways for positive change.
