Rachael Goldberg, LCSW

Clinical Ambassador & Clinical Supervisor

I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship can create space for meaningful change. Through our work together, I help individuals better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, and navigate challenges within themselves and in their relationships.

My approach draws on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, with particular attention to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, perfectionism, and burnout. I work collaboratively to explore what lies beneath these struggles and support more intentional ways of responding.
