About Me

Creating a comfortable and approachable environment is at the heart of my work. My therapeutic style is conversational, nonjudgmental, and often uplifting, with room for humor when it feels right. While I take mental health seriously, I also believe in the importance of laughter and finding moments of lightness throughout the healing process.

I strive to be a positive advocate for my clients, supporting them as they process experiences and work toward their goals. Recognizing that every individual is unique, I take a flexible and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I have experience working with teens, adolescents, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My clinical background includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and mood disorders.

My goal as a therapist is to foster a safe, supportive relationship where clients feel empowered to explore, grow, and flourish. Witnessing people deepen their understanding of themselves and achieve meaningful change is the most rewarding part of my work.
