About Me

I approach therapy with warmth, collaboration, and cultural humility, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe that each client brings their own unique story, strengths, and challenges, and I work to honor that individuality. My goal is to meet clients where they are and help them feel both supported and empowered in the therapeutic process.

I enjoy working with emerging adults and those who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. My style is rooted in supportive counseling, with a strong emphasis on empathy and the therapeutic relationship. I help clients gain clarity and uncover patterns that may be holding them back. Together, we build coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful change and personal growth.
