About Me
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds to express their emotions and explore their intuition. I believe that therapy should always be a collaborative process in which the client is considered as much of an expert as the clinician.
I enjoy supporting clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I foster growth in individuals and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+ identities who are ready to dive in and find a new path.
I use a blend of therapeutic practices that cater to each client drawing from modalities such as motivational interviewing, CBT among others. I have a particular love for mindfulness and somatic-based practices such as DBT, ACT, and IFS. In my personal and professional experience, I have seen that one of the most powerful tools we have for healing our minds is learning to listen to and work with our bodies. My passion is helping clients take small but powerful steps towards embodying their most authentic selves.
