About Me

Welcome! I am glad you are here. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach, to create a collaborative and empowering environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, or couple. My aim is to provide support in a warm, compassionate, and authentic way, that helps you feel genuinely understood.

If you are experiencing stress, having anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or relationship issues, I can help you turn life's challenges into opportunities for growth and self-discovery. I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing stress or anxiety about navigating life transitions such as returning to school for a career change, caregiving responsibilities for children or aging parents, shifting relationships, or finding balance in life. Above all, I aim to help you gain the tools to reach your goals and live your life with greater balance, purpose, and happiness.

My diverse life and professional experiences have deepened my understanding of the human condition and help me to connect with people from all backgrounds with empathy, respect, and genuine openness. These experiences—including my education at Columbia University—shape how I see the world and fuel my passion for supporting others on their paths toward healing, resilience, and personal growth. They form the heart of the compassionate, grounded, and collaborative approach I bring to my therapy practice.
