Jared Zych, LMSW

I am committed to working with children, teens, young adults and their families through collaboration and individualized support. Drawing on each individual's strengths, we approach sessions by incorporating narrative and art therapy, social skills and play therapy, and mindfulness. I specialize in providing parenting support to families experiencing difficulties with juggling the demands of homelife, school, and work. Therapy becomes a time to reflect on the day to day as well as plan for future successes. My therapy style is practical, personalized, and focused on making your life happier, healthier, and more fulfilling.
