About Me
My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on helping you feel truly heard in moments of change or challenge. I specialize in supporting clients through relationship struggles and life transitions, whether that means navigating a breakup, adjusting to a new chapter in life, or working through patterns that keep showing up in your connections with others. Together, we’ll create a safe space to untangle these challenges and begin to understand what they mean for you.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a genuine partnership. In our work, I’ll meet you with warmth and curiosity while offering tools that can help you build insight and resilience. Drawing on CBT, ACT and Mindfulness tools, my goal is to help you not only move through the difficult moments but also discover a stronger, clearer sense of yourself in the process so that your relationships and the life you’re creating feel more aligned with who you are.
