About Me

As a former student-athlete, I understand how tough it can be to balance everything, whether it is school, sports or just life in general. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting young adults and the LGBTQ+ community who are dealing with anxiety, depression, or going through major life transitions. Being an athlete showed me how important it is to have a good support system, and I want to be that supportive presence for my clients as they work through their own challenges. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I use a blend of evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions. Using expressive and mindfulness-based practices, we will tap into your creativity, self-expression, and find your own inner calm.

My mission as a therapist is to meet each person with empathy and compassion, making sure to support their unique story while helping them discover their inner strength and potential. I’m here to help you navigate what’s hard, celebrate what’s working, and discover what’s possible. I want therapy to feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself and figure things out at your own pace. Therapy with me is a team effort and you're never alone in the process.
