Caitlyn Cramer, LMSW
I consider my therapeutic approach to be eclectic, incorporating multiple theoretical approaches allowing for adaptability to meet your needs while also staying grounded in authenticity and empathy. I believe in collaboration with clients to find what works best for each individual. I integrate principles from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strengths-based approach, and mindfulness-based interventions. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals can show up as their full authentic versions of themselves and believe everyone has strengths and potential and strive to help every client realize their fullest potential.
