About Me

My empathic approach empowers clients to lead healthier lives. As we work together, I will focus on you and your unique needs. We will collaborate to set goals that will help you move forward in your life. Starting with your existing strengths, we will then develop the tools needed to meet those goals.

My therapeutic work is informed by my years of supporting people struggling with substance use, domestic violence, and anger management. I also enjoy working with immigrants and first-generation Americans as they navigate being part of two unique and sometimes conflicting cultures. Utilizing culturally informed CBT, along with DBT tools, I am passionate about helping individuals develop more meaningful relationships.
