About Me

My approach to therapy is simple: a relationship built on trust and value can change your life. Through the relationship we build together, I believe we can face issues that arise internally and out in the world. I work with clients from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic lens to provide insight, understanding, and intentionality to their own and others’ behaviors. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, with extra focus on maladaptive coping skills such as eating disorders, perfectionism, and burnout.
