Arianna Eisenberg, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

I believe a trusting therapeutic relationship can create space for meaningful change. Through our work together, I help individuals better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, and navigate challenges within themselves and in their relationships.

My approach draws on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, with particular attention to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, perfectionism, and burnout. I work collaboratively to explore what lies beneath these struggles and support more intentional ways of responding.

Professional Background

Arianna works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to self-esteem and coping. Her clinical perspective considers how family relationships, culture, and social circumstances shape identity and well-being. She combines insight-oriented therapy with practical approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure and response prevention, to address each client’s needs.

Supporting Our Clinicians

Arianna’s relationship-centered approach provides a foundation for helping clinicians think deeply about their work. Drawing on psychodynamic and psychoanalytic perspectives, she encourages exploration of the emotional and relational patterns underlying clients’ concerns. Her approach emphasizes curiosity, collaboration, and attention to the broader context of each client’s life while supporting clinicians in developing their own therapeutic style.
